After enjoying a game of croquet out by the lake {1st dam...classy},

we gathered at the heart of Italy {Olive Garden} to enjoy an authentic Italian dinner.

What a delightful evening! 

 No but really, you should try this one day.

Growing up we did everything together.....yes. everything.

My, how time flies. {check it, we are cuuuute}

Although its been hard not having her around, she married the best guy in the world.

And he makes her laugh too!

Conference Weekend

There are two things I look forward to every year...{well, three this year}

1. General Conference

2. Christmas with the family!

the third you may ask......? Harry Potter #7, part 1!!! 

But I won't talk about that. yet. 

Last April, I had the opportunity to go to General Conference with my best friends before they left for their missions. We had too much fun. I even borrowed my friend's grandma's curling iron...tight!! 

We strolled around Temple Square, and took lots o' pretty pictures with the Salt Lake Temple.

This Conference weekend, I also got to go to the Sunday morning session.

Loved it. We are so blessed to have the true Gospel in our lives.

Today...

I am grateful for Sunshine.

Yes. Sunshine.

When everything else seems to be going wrong {getting to school and realizing that you left your ID card at home, having to go back and leave a good parking spot, coming back and seeing a green Toyota in your parking spot, being late for class, not enough time in the day, homework overloads...you get my point} The sun will always shine.

So just remember, there's always something good! 

And, today is Sunshine.
